Project Highlight:
A fast-track construction project demonstrating Amain’s ability to plan, execute and deliver complex project with cross-disciplinary and highly specialized engineering background (from civil to foundation, demolition to building, building services to landscaping).
This project involves extensive cut-slope and slope protection work prior forming the foundation of the columbarium building. The geological profile and staggered building shape (aim to improve natural air ventilation and draw-in natural sunlight) impose various degree of challenges during both substructure and superstructure construction phase.
Apart from delivering the columbarium buildings on schedule, in good quality and minimize nuisance to pedestrians, users and publics during major festivals (i.e. Ching Ming and Chung Yeung) ; the project involves demolition to ex-staff quarter, development of leisure park for villagers, enhancement of pedestrian walkway, surrounding greenery improvement work etc.
Our team of professionals work closely with end users, clients and various consultant to generate the best solutions from construction planning to design refining, from process sequencing to realizing the product, and from quality construction to generating appreciation from neighbours and users.
