Key Challenges and Our Approach

1. Operating in a Live International Airport

As work was carried out inside the secure zones of terminal buildings, coordination with airport operations teams was paramount. We prioritized:

•Non-disruptive scheduling, often working overnight or during reduced-traffic hours

•Strict security clearance protocols and site access control

•Real-time communication with airport stakeholders
2. Tight Programme & Quality Requirements

With a 29-month programme covering over 150 discrete units, we managed simultaneous works using:

•Phased execution and zone-based programming

•Streamlined materials supply and subcontractor scheduling

•Consistent quality control checkpoints and testing

3. Hygiene and Infection Control Post COVID-19

In response to elevated health expectations, Amain implemented design features and installation methods that improve user hygiene, including:

•Touchless sensor taps, soap dispensers, hand dryers

•Antimicrobial surface materials and partition finishes

•High-efficiency mechanical ventilation systems
