Construction of single-storey community buildings and landscaped areas as partof the government’s larger Harbourfront Enhancement programme

We specialize in delivering high-impact capital works that connect communities, serve public needs, and enhance urban spaces. One of our most meaningful projects in recent years is the successful completion of the Main Contract Works for Project Harbourfront – Depot Site, STT Site 5 Development at Quarry Bay, cooperate with the Government and NGO.

This thoughtfully designed project, completed between October 2021 and May 2023, involved the construction of a single-storey multi-purpose main pavilion and annex block, surrounded by an inviting green landscape. It serves as a prime example of how well-executed public infrastructure can support both social welfare and environmental improvement.

Project Vision: To create an inclusive, green environment and sustainable space to society

The goal of this project was to transform a former industrial depot site into an inclusive, active, and sustainable community space. Designed for public use and operated by St. James’ Settlement, this new Harbourfront facility serves a vital role in providing welfare, cultural, educational, and recreational services in the heart of Hong Kong Island’s eastern corridor.

Main Scope of Works:
