Project Scope:

Construction of six-story 30-classroom primary school and a one-storey 6-classroom kindergarten at Anderson quarry development site. This project involves the design and utilization of steel-concrete hybrid-MIC modules for assembling and construction of classrooms and student toilets.

Extent of work include piled foundation RC structure and mix use of hybrid MiC, fair-face and aluminium building façade, advance E&M facilities with eco-friendly system design, large green open spaces with irregular building profile to boost creativity minds.

Project Highlight:

Innovation and users-focused concept bring new challenges to Amain’s team.  The hybrid-mic prefabrication along with the non-standard building design demand engineers and designer’s focus and control over quality, speed, environmental and safety management during the whole construction period.

The building itself and the fixtures are designed to be un-alike with typical school, which provides depths and layers, warmth and nature to the learning centre and a mindful environment for kids during non-teaching hours.

The E&M system provides the latest technology to sterilized the air that circulates inside classrooms, reassuring the best is provides to the children inside the building.

During the course of construction, AMAIN works along with the client to accelerate and deliver the project in high safety and environmental standards; while continues to liaise and work with end users to manage and produce the best possible environment for our future owners.
