The Works includes building improvement works, planned maintenance and day-to-day maintenance works in groups of public hospitals, general out-patient clinics (GOPC), specialist out-patient clinics (SOPC), laundries, institutions and other facilities managed by the Government or the HA at Hong Kong West Cluster.
