The Works to be executed within the Airport under this Contract: Maintenance works focused on the architectural builder’s works and finishes, roof, waterproofing system, fixed link bridge, fall arrest system, counter, children play area, external façade, door, public seating, binnacle, bi-plane, general plumbing and drainage system, sanitary wares, finishes of the toilet blocks, grease trap degreasing, manhole, water tank and gate valves. 

Provide 24 hours emergency repair service to maintain airport operation.
